5 Situations Indicative of Probiotic Deficiency

Probiotics are natural protectors in our bodies, playing a crucial role in maintaining our health. The number of probiotics in each person's body changes over time, directly reflecting our health status. Therefore, the necessity of supplementing probiotics is self-evident. What health problems might we face if we lack probiotics?

Situation 1:

Chronic constipation or frequent diarrhea may be a warning sign of an imbalance in gut microbiota. Some people, even if overweight, often have unformed stools, feel they cannot completely empty their bowels, and may experience a burning sensation around the anus. These are indications of an abnormal gut microbiota.

Situation 2:

Being overweight, especially for those who are obese due to constipation, may also signal a lack of probiotics.

Situation 3:

Abnormal blood sugar, blood lipids, or blood pressure, particularly impaired glucose tolerance, is a potential sign of probiotic deficiency. Some young people may exhibit impaired glucose tolerance, which, although not reaching the diagnostic criteria for diabetes, is alarming.

Situation 4:

If stools are dark, black-brown, and foul-smelling, whether dry or moist, and unformed, this may reflect a lack of gut probiotics.

Situation 5:

If you constantly feel an empty mouth, always wanting to eat something, and have bad breath, this might also be your body indicating a deficiency in probiotics.
